Shipping policy

At Faroma, we’re committed to making sure your orders arrive quickly and safely. This shipping policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases. Please note that holidays or unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom and across Europe.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Processing time is in addition to transit time.

Transit Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • These are estimated times and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT (London time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted couriers including UPS, and Royal Mail. Orders are prepared in our facility before being transferred to the shipping provider for final delivery.

You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days, please contact us at info@faroma.co.uk.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. To ship items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address. For assistance, reach us at info@faroma.co.uk.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred to reship the order.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by visiting our “Track Your Order” page and entering your tracking number, order number, and email address.
